The ring has been graded and appraised by UGS. The 2.26ct center diamond is graded SI3 for clarity with all white inclusions. The inclusions blend very well with the sparkle. We feel this is a top SI3, and quite close to an SI2. Graded H-I for color, the diamond faces up nicely white. It is a beautiful stone with vibrant sparkle and hand cut charm. The sapphires are a rich and even royal blue color. It is likely that the sapphires are synthetic, as this was typical for the time period; however, importantly, they are original to the piece. The setting is expertly crafted by Art Deco artisans in solid platinum.
